Breast Lift Before & After Case 21

This is a 36 year old patient who was born with a genetic propensity for a tubular breast shape. During development, the breasts form a more flattened or cone like shape with constriction around the breast fold leading to a flattened shape and no fullness superiorly. While this patient could have simply had a lift it wouldn’t have given her the fullness she desired along the top of the breasts. Therefore she chose a 350cc smooth round silicone gel implant for an augmentation at the same time as her breast lift to give her the result she had always wanted.
